The denial of the times we are living in….
August 7, 2006 by hateterroristsIslam fabricated from foreign elements
August 7, 2006 by hateterroristsMuslim theologians vehemently deny any hint that their religion was influenced by “foreign” elements. They simply say that the people of the book had SOME truths still left in their books, and thus there is some similarity. They continue that only the Koran contains ALL the truth. They do not dream that anything in conflict with the Koran could be true. Muslims believe that anything outside Islam is not true, since the Koran’s meanings, visible or hidden, are all that is needed for life here on earth and hereafter. I might point out to the reader here a great difference. The Bible asserts that if it were to reveal all the Truth of God, it would require volumes bigger than all the earth could contain. Neither the Koran nor Muhammad’s Traditions declare that any prophet is sinless, with the exception of Jesus. However, Islamic scholars require the belief in all of the prophets as one of the principles in the Fourth Article of the Islamic faith. How did Islamic scholars come to believe that all of the prophets and Imams are sinless? Muhammad would have said so if it were revelation. Could we say that Islamic scholars are unaware of the gravity of their claims? How do they dare to add to Muhammad’s words and add weighty concepts that are not in the Koran or Muhammad’s Traditions? Islamic theology did not assert sinless prophets until late in its history. The revelation supposedly ended with Muhammad. It is not some fringe group that believes Esam; it is believed only by the most Orthodox of Muslims. Perhaps they painted the concept of a sinless prophet onto their own, like the emperor’s clothes. The major reason, we believe, that Esam was adopted into Islam was to combat what was already written in the Koran about Jesus Christ and Mary, i.e., that they were the only sinless people. “Satan touches [makes unclean] every son of Adam on the day when his mother gives birth to him with the exception of Mary and her Son, Jesus Christ.” Perhaps Esam was introduced so that Muslims would stop doubting their own holy books. Now, in recent centuries, we see that Orthodox Islam goes to elaborate lengths to prove that prophets were sinless, since they were elected by Allah to pass on His message to humanity. The prophets were needed to encourage the believers to be virtuous and faithful in worshiping Allah, and Allah would not choose hypocrites to convey his message! I can only sigh here. I find myself asking how long it will take for Al Qaeda followers to claim that Osama Bin Laden was sinless. REMOVED OBOY Allah reprimands hypocrites. “O you who believe, why do you say that which you do not do? Most hateful it is to Allah that you say that which you do not do.”(Koran 61:2-3.) “Do you conduct good practice on people and forget yourself?”(Koran 2:44.) Muslims produce the argument that, since Allah obviously would not choose a hypocrite, the prophets must all have been sinless! They see no conflict with the Koran statement that only two were sinless—Jesus and Mary. One of the fatal flaws in Islamic theology is attributing Adam’s sin to forgetfulness. Adam is never mentioned as a prophet, though he is regarded as one. They have no problem saying that all the prophets were sinless, even though everyone knows Adam sinned. “And certainly we gave a commandment to Adam before, but he forgot; and we found in him no resolve.”(Koran 20:115.) If Adam, in fact, were found by Allah to have no resolve, then that leads to highly unacceptable notions. Isn’t Allah to blame if he did not give Adam enough faculties to follow the command? What kind of Allah would cast him, Eve, and the rest of humanity from the Garden of Eden over a mistake of forgetfulness? (Koran 2:36). Allah apparently favored Muhammad over Adam, giving Muhammad special treatment. “By decree shall we teach you to declare, so that you shall not forget” (Koran 87:6). Furthermore, the Koran states that the creation of Adam was imperfect, as he was created to toil and struggle (Koran 90:4; and 84:6) Would Muslims accept labeling Allah with imperfections? NO! This would be blasphemy. But don’t jump to conclusions yet. There was a verse that compensates, saying that Allah perfected Adam’s creation (Koran 95:4). Now, which do we believe? That Adam was created imperfect, with no resolve, or that he was created perfect? It does not seem to matter to Muslims that they have it both ways. All of the prophets in the Koran, with the exception of Jesus Christ, asked Allah for pardon and forgiveness. “Istighfar is the asking for forgiveness of sins,” and “dhanb” is generally translated as sin. It means either a “sin, or a crime or a fault,” and Khata’ is a mistake, though sometimes an unintentional one. Adam, in Koran 2:37 and 20:122, repents of his transgressions against Allah and himself using the word Ta’ba only when his nakedness is apparent to him (after he sinned). “Then they both ate of the tree and so their private parts became manifest to them and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of the Paradise for their covering. Thus Adam disobeyed his Lord and so he went astray”(Koran 20:121.) “They were clothed in the garb of innocence and knew no evil; now when disobedience to Allah sullied their soul and tore off the garment of their innocence, their sullied self appeared to them in all its nakedness and ugliness.” This is clear disobedience, with grave consequences that followed, and the sin cannot be dismissed as “forgetfulness.” It should be clear to the reader by now that Muhammad never heard the Good News, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If he had, he may have become one of the great saints of the Christian world. But instead, he had discussions with Christians and Jews in his youth, in the marketplace, and he relied on the bits and pieces he heard to determine what those faiths were. He could never have heard the true and saving Gospel, as is obvious from the wrong claims about Christian beliefs in the Koran. Every believer in Christ should take Jesus’ Great Commission seriously. By proclaiming the Gospel, we might save the world from another Hitler or win a soul like Muhammad. It is said that Nikita Khrushchev memorized the entire New Testament in his youth but perhaps never saw a Christian live the abundant life, so he considered it rubbish and became an atheist.
